Simple guidelines for using Vibeshootit
These terms describe how you can use the product, how credits work, and what happens if things go wrong. Please read them carefully before creating sessions.
1. Using Vibeshootit
You agree to upload only content you own or have rights to use. Generated portraits are for your personal and commercial projects, but you may not resell or redistribute the service itself.
2. Credits & Subscriptions
Each photo generation consumes credits. Purchased credits and active plans are non-transferable. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis when there is a platform issue preventing delivery.
3. Acceptable Content
Do not upload explicit, hateful, or illegal material. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the platform or infringe on intellectual property.
4. Service Availability
We strive for 24/7 uptime, but Vibeshootit may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance. Features can change as we improve the experience.
5. Limitation of Liability
Vibeshootit is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the service.
